Every area of the warehouse is equipped with the necessary safety and compliance measures, including temperature and humidity controls, to ensure the integrity of the materials and products stored.
Our liquid manufacturing facility is equipped with a range of sophisticated, GMP-compliant equipment, specifically designed to meet the operational needs of pharmaceutical production while adhering to the highest quality standards. Each piece of equipment is carefully selected and installed according to the designated area/class requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and optimal functioning throughout the production process.
The Quality Control (QC) Department is designed to testing and inspection processes for all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, in compliance with industry standards. Our QC area is divided into specialized sections, each catering to specific testing.

There are total 20 air handling units. 13 AHU's are classified and 07 AHU's are non-classified.
Dedicated air handling units have been installed in all core processing areas like the Liquid manufacturing area. The air supplied to manufacturing section is filtered through HEPA filters. Pressure differential between the core processing areas and the less critical areas like passages is maintained to prevent cross contamination.
Air handling units of desired CFM is equipped with 10 micron, 3 micron followed by terminal 0.3 micron HEPA filters. 80% return air is collected from rooms and 20% fresh air is added to the system.
The air temperature is controlled with the help of water cooled chiller.
In class 100,000 areas is equipped with 10 micron, 3 micron followed by terminal 0.3 micron HEPA Filters. The HVAC system is designed to maintain the required environment conditions.
Reservoir water is supplied by M.I.D.C. (Drinkable quality ) to site and stored on site in R.C.C. underground tanks with epoxy coated and having capacity of 90,000-liter. The underground tank equipped with automatic chlorination circulating system to maintained desired level of chlorine in raw water. The automatic pre-treatment plant is installed near raw water storage tank which includes sand filter-1, sand filter-2 and softener. The soft water is stored in 30,000-liter soft water storage tank which is also epoxy coated. Standby soft water generation plant is also installed in pre-treatment area in case existing one is under re-generation.
